Spottedkit yawned from her nap, sitting up and stretching quietly, careful not to disturb her mother & the other queens. She padded over to the entrance of the nursery, squeezing through the tiny entrance that protects the kits from any outside harm. blinked as the sudden brightness hit her face as she padded over to the fresh-kill pile, snatching a plump thrush and padded back over to a sunny spot outside the nursery, laid down, and took a bite out of the thrush.

Thunderkit sat outside the nursery alone eating a plump mouse. It was a silent day in WaterClan and she spent most of the time alone. Thunderkit turned around as she heard a nose. It was a black and white kit. "Well hey there." She meowed quietly as she bite down into her mouse.

Spottedkit pricked her ears in her direction, and looked over at Thunderkit. "Hello!" She mewed and dipped her head in greeting. "Care if I join you?" She asked, grasping her bitten thrush carefully between her teeth and looked at her, waiting for a reply.

"Hi Spottedkit and Thunderkit." she mewed quietly while carrying a small mouse next to a tree stump. She took a few tiny bites before looking up at the other cats who were busy. She sat there for a while contemplating what it would be like to be a warrior, always so busy. It must be hard, she thought, especially dawn patrol, they have to wake up early. Even though she is an early riser she feels bad for the dawn patrol. She sat there wondering what today was going to lead to for her. She sighed and bent her head to take a few more bites of her small mouse.

Thunderkit looked at her again "sure you can join me." She meowed gently as she took a bite of her mouse. Then she looked at another kit that came by. "Hey there." She meowed again as she looked at the black kit. Then Thunderkit sat down with her tail over her paws neatly. She then looked at the warriors that padded along man I swish I was a warrior already she thought in her head.

"Thats Great!" Spottedkit muffled with a jaw-ful of fresh-kill in her mouth, and bounded over to sit down next to her. She followed Thunderkit's gaze and the senior warriors walked by. "I wish I could be an apprentice right now! The nursery is getting a little boring." Spotedkit sighed after she dropped her freshkill infront of her paws and crouching down to take another bite. Her paws were aching for adventure.

"Me too being a kit is boring." she meowed quietly as she bite down into her plump little mouse. "I want to go out and see the territory and defend our Clan from fox's, and badgers." she meowed as she thought of the site of how there territory would look like.
